If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that the 14-day period starts from the date of purchase and applies to digital products available on https://vriksh.co

2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at vriksh.team@gmail.com within the 14-day refund period. Provide your order details and the reason for requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within a 5 – 7 working days.

3. Physical Product Delivery: For purchases associated with physical products, please be aware that the delivery of the physical item may take 15-20 days. The 14-day refund period still applies to the digital aspect of the purchase, such as access to online content or services. However, if you decide to cancel the order before the physical product is dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
