BGPF001 | Around the world - Treasure hunt

By Dr. Rajeev Tamhankar

In the “Around the World – Treasure Hunt” activity, children embark on an exciting educational journey. This activity blends auditory, visual, and memory-based challenges, encouraging kids to learn about animals, habitats, and world geography in a fun, engaging way. It’s designed to stimulate multiple types of intelligence such as linguistic, logical, and scientific reasoning, while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

1. Present a world map and give auditory clues about an animal or habitat.
2. Allow the child to guess the location based on these clues.
3. If needed, offer additional text-based clues.
4. Encourage the child to solve the puzzle independently before progressing to the next level.

1. Boosts memory: By engaging multiple senses, the child retains information more effectively.
2. Enhances problem-solving skills: Each clue challenges the child to think critically.
3. Promotes independent learning: The treasure hunt fosters a sense of discovery and self-reliance.
4. Develops multiple intelligences: Stimulates linguistic, logical, and scientific intelligence.

1. Start with simpler clues and increase complexity as the child gets better.
2. Let the child explore clues at their own pace to build confidence.
3. Use engaging visuals and sounds to make the activity more interactive.
