By Dr. Rajeev Tamhankar

This activity focuses on developing children’s logical intelligence and mathematical skills through engaging puzzles. It utilizes a hands-on approach with number blocks and Tetris-like shapes to stimulate the left brain, responsible for logical thinking.

  1. Introduce number blocks as visual characters to engage children.
  2. Use toy blocks (or drawn figures) to represent numbers.
  3. Conduct stacking and puzzle exercises to teach counting and number recognition.
  4. Add storytelling elements to make the activity more engaging.
  1. Enhances logical sequencing and pattern recognition skills.
  2. Builds foundational mathematical understanding in a playful manner.
  3. Supports the development of visual and spatial awareness.
  4. Strengthens problem-solving abilities in a fun, interactive way.
  1. Use colorful drawings or blocks to keep the child engaged.
  2. Combine the activity with a story or adventure to maintain interest.
  3. Keep the puzzles simple at first, gradually increasing complexity.
  4. Allow the child to participate in drawing or arranging the number blocks to boost creativity.

This project is for boosting Logical Intelligence. The activity includes set of puzzles to help develop numbers understanding, logical sequencing and pattern recognition. This could be done either via toy blocks/ Legos or with Origami paper. Origami paper for the same is provided in the physical kit itself.
